Let us keep in mind that our lives can cause us to emit excessive amounts of cortisol and experience adrenal burn out. So coffee doesn’t have to be the culprit of us damaging our endocrine system. We need to ensure we are approaching diet correctly and we are satisfying our dietary needs through a whole food plant based diet. We need to learn foods and how to use them to achieve the desires we want and need. Coffe is such a tool. When used correctly it is an asset and ideal tool within our arsenal when used correctly.
I think the complication is that what this group advocates is complete fasting for your health's sake and not only for weight loss. It's a great side effect but not the general point. Weight loss only is the purpose of IF. So whatever your goal is, that will determine if you want to have coffee or not. Either way, Good luck!

Weight loss is a benefit of IF and not the sole use and purpose of IF. If you research you will see many practice it not for weight loss but the regenerative properties. IF done correctly activated autophagy and this can and does cause stem cell regeneration. It is the body cleaning itself up from damage and healing. Please do not reduce and minimize the benefits of IF there are many to this lifestyle choice and weight loss is only ONE of many benefits.

I can point in the direction. I can not force. That is why I posted what I did. Many will not do their due diligence and that is the reality.
Each person their perception is their reality it does not make it TRUTH, but true to them. As I stated and REstated it is a DRUG, and is a tool that can help if used correctly can help. Again, it is a TOOL, that can assist when used correctly. I also stated not to completely RELY and DEPEND on it, DID I NOT? I also stated, BLACK with nothing additional correct? lol
