Walks outside without sunglasses. Eat more greens so you're getting Al the nutrients your body needs to make cholecalciferol that sunlight converts tod. Nix inflammation causing foods grains, sugar, dairy so that you're body can focus on what it needs to build instead of what it needs to fight.
I don't know if anyone else recommend this but the ONLY way your body can absorb synthetic vitamin D is to take vitamin K-MQ7 with it. Your best solution is sun. Also research lamps sold that you sit near 20-30 minutes a day. I know very little about them but I know they help. I raised my vitamin D level from 25 (which means practically non existent) to mid range normal with a good vitamin D and K-MQ7. I know make sure to get at least 20 minutes sun several times a week.
