Aside from dr bronner's because it makes our skin and hair feel awful. What's a good shampoo? Please dont say no poo method orb. S. and vinegar I am no poo. My hubby is not interested. And said the shampoo bar I got for him is drying his hair out...
Jason's gluten free fragrance free
Does this keep hair clean looking for several days? I'm looking for one that I can use like every other day
Yes, I wash my hair every other day. Sometimes I add a small amount of grapeseed oil.
Pure Haven. I don't sell it. It's said to be toxin free.
I use this. It got an A on ewg.
Off to the beauty supply I go then! I have my nail license so I can get this stuff for a good price!
It must be this specific one as the others did not rate so well.
Hold on, don't buy this one. I just checked (which I haven't in a while) and now this one is rated a 7. I guess they changed their formula. These are the biolage shampoos that are currently safe.
Poo. Ok thanks!
Whole Foods is your best option.
All of the options at Whole Foods rate poorly on EWG. I have actually gone thru every single brand of shampoo at my whole foods. Maybe yours is different but I'd suggest you research a little before you trust wf.
We use trader joes tea tree tingle... Not sure how "crunchy" it really is but we like it
I hated that stuff too I tried it before it just didt feel clean
Oh Lord no poo stripped my hair and caused much of it to break off. I mean it did control my wet dandruff but damn.
It does well with my hair. I have dreads tho. But my hair is super strong still.
I would love something that would control my wet dandruff that won't do this. But right now I'm stuck with a chemically stinky medicated shampoo
Sorry I posted an. Extremly safe option bc I mixed up my groups. Lol. I have MCAS we can't use scents or perfumes.
That's ok I can't use a lot of scents but hubby doesnt like scent free. Can always add eo if I need to for him
I love the Morocco Method hair products and Poofy Organics.
Wash with raw egg, let sit for 10 minutes, and rinse with lukewarm water, then finish rinse with 1 TBS apple cider vinegar in a cup of water.
Hubby isn't into doingthat he works on the road and needs easy
angela, Washing hair with this he can go 2 weeks between washes. It has nothing in it to attract dirt. And it is very healthy for the hair.
We are trying Alaffia Everyday Shea now (vanilla mint). Sprouts carries the line. Hubs likes Nature's Gate and a biotin shampoo that I picked up at Sprouts (not sure the brand it's a smaller bottle of yellowish cream shampoo).
Allafia Shea baby wash
I’ve been loving Ng the shampoo bars from Lush
I use Acure
I use Andalou organics! It's the only all natural shampoo and conditioner I've found that I love! Pure Haven is ok and I used to sell it. I'd always have to use the pure haven detangler after bc my hair would tangle bad! With andalou my hair is soft and feels great! I get it at Natural Grocers.
I use shea moisture raw shea butter shampoo and love it
We love Shea Moisture. I just switched to their weightless rinse instead of their conditioner and my hair feels awesome and smells great.
For the Rinse, what’s the Label like? Was the conditioner too heavy?
I loved their conditioner, but I did realize it was just too heavy for my hair. It had no volume, got greasy quick, and the ends looked frizzy. I switched to this and it's so much better!
Angelikara Costello THK YOU!
Biotin is great, then there is also Aloe. Jason makes agood shampoo and conditioner.
I use Melaleuca Shampoo, and we have also used Shea Moisture
I use plant and world. From Walmart you can actually pronounce every ingredient and it also has essential oils in it
So long as you realize their essential oils are synthetic and they are not going to work like real plant based oils!
I started as no poo and then switched to a handmade saponified Castile soap and then acv rinse. I love it. I’ll post link to soap I use
I love my shea moisture shampoo. I've tried a couple different ones, and I love them all. This one made my hair sooooo soft and healthy. No split ends or anything, and my hair grew super fast.
Is the scent vry powerful
I just wanted to add, I did the ACV thing for three years and completely ruined my hair. It worked great for a long time, until it didn't. Shea Moisture has fixed my hair SO much. I washed on Friday night and this morning my hair is still soft, not greasy, and smells bomb.
I dont useb. S andacv often but I've been no poo for 4 yrs. Mostly I just use water. But occasionally I'll use a dread shampoo bar. Like 1x a month or so. My hair feels and smells great this way. But my hubby doesnt like the bar
My hair ended up so fried and awful. I truly loved it at first and was so sad when I had to accept it wasn't for me anymore.
I make organic 100% OLIVE OIL soap. We use the same bar on our hair as we do our bodies... Skin and hair are awsome!
She's Moisture is the most amazing.
I just bought the tea tree oil from Trader Joe's and we're really liking it.
I buy shampoo from poofy organic. We like it fine
I have tried every almost every natural shampoo you can buy. My two favorite brands are Sukin and Shea Moisture. Shea Moisture is a lot easier to find. With both of them you can tell a difference in your hair in just one wash. Honestly! They are both great!
The Kukui Nut and Grapeseed oils Damage Rehab is the one I'm currently using! I plan on continuing using it as long as they keep making it.
Acure! Clean ingredients and affordable!
Pure Haven has some amazing shampoo and conditioner
Acure, alaffia everyday shea
Pls tell us what shampoo is the best??.. Or do we have to consider climate and place where we are living??
We like Jasons or Burts Bees here...... My honey has a problem with his scalp getting dried out as well and these work for him.....
I like faith in nature. But for my 7 year old son, I only wash his hair in water. Very rarely use anything else.............
I am using Monat and I really like it...
Loaded with GMO.
I buy a tea tree shampoo and conditioner from sprouts and I absolutely love it
