DimethylSulfoxide. It comes from pine tree pulp during the paper making process. I would be all day explaining all the things it does. The FDA refuses to bless it because it would fix too many billable issues. I have used it for years and prefer the valhoma brand on amazon. When able I do a roll move hold my knees to my chest and roll back and forth on my back to butt. Also sit in a sitting position and slowly relax your back and neck slot stretching your lower back out. But mine will get so bad that I'm in the Dr unable to move so this is after I get out of we and am able to move

Lay on your back, bring one knee up to your chest, then other, then both and then with both up to your chest slowly roll your knees fro one side touch the floor or bed and then the other

You need to find a chiropractor that specializes in sciatica pain, and will look at an x-ray before they treat you, otherwise they can do more harm than good.

I went 6 mths using chiropractor and acupuncture and every pain-free cream on drug store shelf along with cold packs. I didn’t want to take pills. I cud barely get out of bed. Rolling out of bed on my stomach. Pain migrating down leg and into foot. Getting out of a car was excruciating. Finally I went to MD doctor. Was given mild dose of medicine for anti inflammatory. Theory: Inflammation gone (pain gone). I took a light dosage daily and within 2weeks I was feeling sooo much better. Little by little I only had to take one pill every 7-10 days during warm weather months. In cold weather I hav to take more often. But this little pill (Diclovinac) truly gave me my life back)!!!! And it’s coated so easy on stomach too
