Honestly the CBD oil has helped me hugely with that. I still get them but not as often.
Muscle Relaxers if it is really bad. Stretching helps sometimes.
I will try that maybe I forgot to take it I usually take a big dose
Daisy Goldsmith you can also do an Epsom salt bath or foot soak to get the mag into your system quickly.
Jennifer Currie thats a good idea. Didnt know epsom salt put mag into ya
Yep absorbs quickly through the skin so it helps fast
Magnesium maybe calcium as well. See what works for you
Magnesium for sure!
I know the pt has been having me do major back arches to fix my hip. So maybe the spasms are from that I don’t know.
I get them servere. I'm on diazepam 15mg and haven't had really bad ones since. Also stay hydrated.
Keep hydrated, gentle movement and a hot water bottle/ hot pack of some kind. Be sure to put some form of protection between the heat and yourself ie a towel. It’s important to know if it’s spasm or cramp. Sometimes cramp can be fixed with something as simple as a banana and a stretch. A spasm is a bit more difficult.
I get severe leg, calf, shin, toe, foot cramps. I take magnesium. My naturopath told me I should be taking magnesium citrate. When all else fails I take a shot of raw apple cider vinegar because it provides instant potassium and immediately takes the cramps away. If you don’t have acv then pickle juice can work too
I sometimes use Horse Chestnut and it does seem to help.
I have so many daily legs and back. It's awful
Magnesium and Epsom salt baths
In the past, I could cause spasms, cramps, tics, and other unusual symptoms (like diplopia) by eating foods with omega 6 cooking oils (like Cheddar's onion rings) when I had a high cytokine load and many autoimmune problems. A NIH article I read associated inflammation caused by omega 6 oils to neurodegenerative diseases.
Two bananas a day would keep the cramps at bay! Plus the hydration and stretching exercises. Bananas are rich in potassium and other vitamins.
Oh that’s right I use to eat a banana every. Morning
magnesium, good diet. Cannabinoids
Spasms are the root of all evil! Lol
My doctor suggested that I try drinking tonic water. A football coach that I know said to eat spoons of mustard and also bananas. But, I take muscle relaxers when they are really bad.
More magnesium and b vitamin s
I take Robaxin twice a day and I have no problems....
and it does not make me sleepy
Well i took extra calcuim and magnesium last night so far no spasms.
Im having bad spasms in my neck and jaw muscles just started year ago but since gotten worse in the past 2 months just finally told Dr he put me on muscle relaxers
Yes i have muscle relaxers. Too didnt help. My foot docotr told me the spasms are from not drinking enough water.
Lower back spasms. Hot hot showers are the only thing I have found to bring some relief. Sometimes it works on the first shower sometimes it takes several.
Drink lots of water
