Sudo cream or bapanthen
I've used the sudo cream as well
It's called 'bum cream' and it really works. I think they prepare it themselves. U can get it at Blackburn's Pharmacy Plumstead.
Is it just called bum cream
Hi yes. In a white jar. Comes in different sizes.
I'm still using it and it soothes immediately. You will see change after the next nappy change Shakira Wilkerson

K and the nappybrand u using
Where do they sell it and does it really work coz I've bought all kind of bum stuff cheap and expensive and not 1 work
Shakira Wilkerson well everybody is different but if you are having such a bad time getting rid of a nappy rash I would suggest getting a swab done one of my girls got a severe nappy rash that wouldn’t go away ended up being a staff infection from a thrush infection and her scratching and bacteria getting in that wasn’t treated properly. But this you can buy online and in some chemists.
Had her by the doctor said is probably coz of the acid she have that is burning her bum tried to work it out from the inside bought the saccheroi syrup dats y I'm trying to get rid of the rash nw coz its burning her bum even tho I change her often
Yeah I had that issue with my daughter I used the above and also a vaseline barrier cream of a night etc and bathed her in morning and washed her thoroughly after being in a wet nappy overnight etc. But she eventually came right. Some children’s poos are more acidic I know my daughters burnt her even though it was only in nappy for a minute or two. Keep up with it, will get better . Goodluck
Thanx I've tried jus about almost everything awredi cheap stuff and expensive stuff lol but nothing seem to work but I'll keep on trying
I changed the nappy aswell
Vaseline the best
Vaseline is a good barrier cream but won’t get rid of an existing nappy rash
I used the Vaseline as well the normal one and the bedtime one doesn't work
Shakira Wilkerson most of these things are only barriers so they won’t actually get rid of already existing nappy rash. When there is no rash or a very small one starting however they are great to use as a barrier to stop the urine and faeces from getting into skin and causing the nappy rash, So once rash is cleared and even now still good to use as a barrier between changes and especially overnight as they sit in that nappy longest. But u need something to help existing infection/rash.

Nappy rash is basically a burn, apply every time to affected area, my sister in law insisted using all bum creams on market on my nephew not wanting to use egg white, I applied it to his rash and voila it worked have been using it on all kids I have helped raise, it even works for sunburn
I try bum cream, fish oil, an now I use blueseal Vaseline really helps
Vaseline is petrol aka petroleum jelly, sudocreal, e45 are all petrol products aka liquid paraffin, it should not be near human skin let alone a babies skin. Look at the ingredients list or products. Even benefits bum cream is harmful as it contains paraffin wax, mineral oil is also another name for parafin
I your in new Zealand kawa kawa cream
Check the diet. What foods are contributing factors.
She's only dinking breast milk as she's still 2months
Then make sure tp watch your own diet so she doest develop allergies tp the food you are eating. No curries, no pineapple, no oranges, no tomatoes..... Anything that can create too much acid.... Her tummy cant cope
OK but I don't eat most of that stuff but I'll watch what I eat shuks
Remember some foods don't seem acidic, yet they create acid. Also lemons we consider to be acidic is actually alkalining. Avoid most pulses too, cabbage, breads from shops.. The yeast in them can also cause irritation
