What type do you take?

I take two of these before bed.... So, 380mg. I'll sometimes take the recommended other dose during the day for digestive reasons

I'm not on any meds.

Yoli Cisneros maybe you're lacking a vitamin or mineral? Google Webmd, brain health. I find a lot of good ideas on there.

Carolyn Burris 3 years

Carolyn Burris I take a variety of supplements, and routinely check for deficiencies. I just wanted to know what works for group members, that way myself and others can hear various methods.

Yoli Cisneros I lack Potassium and VitaminD, almost always. My dr just changed my D to a wafer called Replesta, which is orange flavored and I just crush it up and swallow it. 50,000mg every 2 weeks. The pill was not working. I found it cheaper on Amazon. 8/$17.?? My pharmacy wanted 21.99 for 4!!! Pays to shop around. I take magnesium before bedtime, helps me sleep. I take a vitality pack from Doterra, but only one each, not 3 as directed @ day.

Carolyn Burris Vitamin D deficiency is just a pain in the tush!!

I don't either. I stick to cannabis.

Yoli Cisneros 3 years

No meds for me either. I take an all natural supplement in place of Tylenol, as well

Perhaps a silly question, but just straight magnesium? I know there are so many different types.

Eek, I'll stick to supplements

Yoli Cisneros understandable. For the fun of it, look into it. Might not be right for you though interesting to research.

Melissa Gibbs 3 years

Melissa Gibbs I have no doubt that it has high efficacy for many people, I've done some reading on it. I'm not taking it completely off the table, but would rather exhaust other options first. Happy to hear it's working for you.
