Depends on where you are. You can order grow kits online or harvest them yourself. Availability is dependent on where you live. California is about to enter a bill to legalize them in November, because of the medical benefits.

Mushrooms dont cause hallucinations unless taken in large quantities. They are the safest drug out there. They are non-addictive, they are safe & in a depressed person can reset the brain. There is all kinds of research to back up.m. statements. They wont be illegal for long. There are several bills that will hopefully pass in November 2018, legalizing them.

Sami Goff Diet is key... Paleo/keto/gaps can start the healing... And as she said, the magnesium helps... Also, I use cod liver oil and certain vitamins... Like, C,Bcomplex... K2/D3 and clean water... Goood probiotics... Sometimes, a digestive aid is needed... And don't drink with meals... Allow your digestive juices to do the work... Blessings...

That is a complicated question. Have you done blood work? Could be deficiencies, hormones, toxicity. Changing your diet to a clean, organic, Whole Foods no processed foods, rebuild gut microbiome. It’s not just a simple, one fits all, answer.

While essential oils and such may help the symptoms, the root cause is a deficiency. Usually in magnesium and vitaminD. I would be sure to find a good supplement without fillers. Also I'm not sure what her weather is like right now but walking outside on the grass/dirt for 15-20 mins a day is unbelievably helpful. I also recommend healing the gut as mentioned above.

I take Metagenics. I have a local holistic doctor that recommended it and it is pure magnesium powder no fillers. And I've noticed a huge improvement since starting it.

A good prebiotic/probiotic for gut health + Vetiver, Joy blend, Stress Away blend, Lavender, and any citrus (tangerine is particularly helpful to me). Sorry about the blend names being brand specific but it's what I use, but you can google them and see the single oil contents to compare to whatever you are using. Citrus is very uplifting for me on days that I am feeling the depression creep in. It also lightens the scent when combined with some of the other oils that I mentioned as they can be a heavier richer scent on their own. I combine several of these in diffuser jewelry when I'm on the cusp of depression and have to attend work or other functions.
My daughter was helped tremendously by raw cbd oil.

Magnesium oil helps anxiety and potentially depression. As do b vits.
Orange, bergamot and lemon, basically any citrus essential oils will help boost the mood .
Others would be: Ashwaganda supplement. Get thyroids checked! Light therapy. Watch comedies! Im serious it works. Gather some friends for laughter. Reiki or any other energy therapy! Meditation there are so many apps you can download it can be as little as 5 mins a day!

No, that is vetiver.
And Myrrh is thick too....
I use Sam-E with my children and it works well for them. It can make it worse for some people.
