Just make sure if you decide to use that you DO NOT use Borax. It's a detergent booster.

It's exactly what I use Borax, commonly used as a natural cleaning agent, is an increasingly popular natural remedy for a whole host of health issues. This simple remedy is easy to take and an extremely inexpensive supplement. Borax is used to treat overall chronic illness, including autoimmune diseases, hormone problems and chronic pain.

This is the first time I've heard of this. I don't think I could take this. I do use it in my laundry though.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1-QHgRnFcFo You could just buy the Boron supplement, if you are afraid. I might have to, because Borax, which is pure Boron tastes nasty. It is sugggested RA sufferers need up to 3 teaspoons a day.

Jo Mack Lutz 3 years

In this website above there is a recipe to make it, its something like 1 teaspoon in 1 liters of water then you take 1 teaspoon of that made liquid per day which works out to be 3g of boron

Teresa Williams 3 years
