What are some good things to eat to avoid or subside herpe breakouts? Or even anything that can be applied topically? I recommended bentonite clay but I don’t know if that would really work...
if it is herpes type 1, i know vit c helps. Lemons are great source. İf there is break out, alcohol helps. Type 2, i am not sure what helps.
I’m not sure what type it is. I don’t want to go into too many details as they are already feeling horrible about themselves. But would colloidal silver work?
i am not sure about collidal silver. Not familiar with it much. Tell them not to feel horrible. Type 1 is very common and unfortunately type 2 infects 80% of population.
Yeah, 90% of the population has the type 1 virus. Nothing to be embarrassed about
Itzel Randolph Sorry if this has already been suggested for lack of time to read all comments. First as far as diet too much sugar and starchy foods can induce frequent outbreaks. One wants to keep their arginine to lysine foods low. İn other words the ratio of lysine rich foods needs to be higher than arginine rich foods. They can find a list very easy online. I work in the functional Medicine field and colloidal silver is wonderful ( to consume) but silver in general can also be applied as well, however liquid silvers are a challenge to keep it in place in certain parts so may I suggest something called silver shield gel by Nature's Sunshine products. İt is phenomenal for the pain and the healing is amazingly fast. We recommend this as burn treatment, shingles, herpes any skin abrasions etc. I hope this helps
Tea tree oil
dry fasting will cure it and many other things including cancer.. Look up cole Robinson on u tube.. Snake juice
I have no idea what to recommend but just to help with no offensive comments... herpes virus is actually super common and I think the statistic is 1 in every 6 sexually active people between 14-50 (or something like that) carries the virus just not everyone has outbreaks. So don’t be snooty people because y’all could have it too I did std 101 for myself before I started having sex so that is why I know this. I’ve heard several things can keep them at bay (not sure if it works) but never heard of anything curing it. L-lysine is one of those things.
Avoiding arginine helps!
Bit adding zinc vit a and c too with lysine and tea tree on spot. I don't have exact numbers but it's there about. Most people have it but honestly I wouldn't mind it's like an alarm for immune system. And only mildly about (in the scope of STI...)
Vit c every hour will kick the viruses butt. Take L-lysine also.
Avoid arginine and acidic foods.
Add vit c and a and zinc!
But lysine amazing
Google “herpes diet” and it will give the pros and cons on what to eat and what to avoid
Take silver everyday! You won't get them anymore.
Only thing you need in you medicine cabinet
Never heard if it lol
When your immune system is low after cold or any sickness. Cold sores come out full force!
Rachel Black pmd you some great groups to learn about it
lysine and stay away from high arginine foods.
This works for me.
Alternate tea tree and peppermint oil. If you catch it when still just a tingle, might not even erupt. Stay away from alcohol, coffee, chocolate and citrus fruit.
I found coconut oil just made the area get bigger. You need to fix the problem on the inside then worry about the outside. No breakout should happen. Take vitamin C and lipsole. silver 1 tsp a day you will never deal with them again
I became afflicted with lyme disease and post-lyme fibromyalgia. After doctors more or less gave up on me, I began to self treat by focusing on building my immune system with a variety of supplements. I noticed that my herpes eruptions decreased in frequency. At this time, it has probably been 3 years since I have felt more than a slight tingle at the site
What kind of supplements would you recommend?
All I can say is what I take Vitamin A D and C all help build immunity Calcium and Manesium support many functions I also sea salt to get all the trace minerals Cumin and ginger fightbinflamation of all kindsashwaganda and cordiceps mushroom as dried in capsules I eat a lot of allium as garlic and onion Salmon oil and olive oil Diet is rich in nuts and seeds and eggs, my theory being that these contain all the elements needed to form a new life, they supply what is needed to build healthy tissue And probiotics
Stress management helps too
Stay on echinacea daily
That's not too do daily. But def during out break or think of one
Definitely not daily. Echinacea is for short term use
Olive leaf extract has been shown to cure both genital and "cold sore" varieties.
Black seed oil
Lysine. Low arginine food. Vitc, a, zinc.
Tea tree on effected area
When I get a cold sore (after its too late to prevent it) I eat a pound of Flounder. It is sold frozen, in a bag of fillets for about $5. I put it in foil packets with butter, lemon & spices & bake it. I believe it's the Lysine in it that makes it work. It is a lot to eat but it's delicious. Swelling goes down immediately & sore starts drying up. I'm sure pill form would help but I love fish so this works for me & cheaper!
Bentonite clay will draw out the impurities, things might get worse before they get better, but that was a great suggestion. Drinking water is good for the skin!
I put geranium essential oil on my cold sores right as I see it happening and it dramatically helps the size and duration of it.
Nuts and chocolate are triggers for me. Especially peanuts
Colloidal silver. L-LYSINE.
Tons of lysine
Melaleuca essential oil at the very first sign. Works amazing for me.
If vaginal use silver shield gel vaginally either on a small organic tampon for 90 minutes or with an insertion tube. VS-C and lots of it.
Oil of oregano look on you tube, I put it in my bath water on a regular basis, you get on Amazon organic NON GMO
Lysine every day
Propolis. A lot of new information on this and it seems to be very effective.
Thank you all so much. I will pass on this information and I hope it will help my friend.
I was diagnosed with HSV 2. Doctor said no cure. Doctor was wrong. Cured with food grade hydrogen peroxide. Have had no symptoms going on 4 years.
I think ive seen you post ab this before... How did you use hydrogen peroxide
Mallory Perez ..... I ingested it.
U drank it?
Rachel Black .... Yes.
How much did u drink?
I used this a lot.
Doctors freak people out by claiming HSV is a sexually transmitted disease gotten thru sex..... Wrong again. You can acquire it with out ever having sex.......
I have no clue where mine came from.
1000 mg of L-Lysine on empty stomach at first sign of breakout, then do same 2-3 times/day for first day and then I usually go down to 500 mg for day 2. Also, tea tree oil directly on the site. (It has strong smell but it works.)
Lemongrass, lavender, frankincense and melaluca oil to the breakout. Ususually the pop up in a stressful time which stresses the immune system. Whe you get a cold, stressed out from work, menstrual, injury ect. So keeping your immune system boosted at all times including diet and rest.
Peroxide, topically, if sore grows.... Plus lower your stress, your alcohol intake, your sugar, and increase sleep
