hello.. Happening to me too. My left foot its cramping, numb ano tingling feeling and doesnt go away.. İ told my rheumatologist and said just wait for it to become normal. But i guess it has something to do with my RA and MTX
My podiatrist is who suggested I get checked for RA. I have pain in the heels and outer sides of both my feet. It sometimes runs up the middle underneath. I also have PF. Ice rollers help a lot.
Oh ok, and you ended up being diagnosed with RA? Sorry for so many questions.. I've been battling feet pain for like 5 months now- and no diagnosis, my Rhemy thinks I have PF and nothing RA at this time. I don't feel he's right
I saw a foot surgeon for my foot issue and he also recommended me to get tested for RA. Now it has spread to my other foot. The pain and swelling is in the ball of both feet where my toes join to my foot bones.
Yes I do. Feet and hands ankles. All feel like they've been hit by a sledgehammer at end of day or after sitting or standing to long. I have RA and planter fasciitis
So sorry I had a lot of jaw problems several years ago. I had a ent give me jaw injections of cortisone. Thank the lord they worked because I've had a lot of things done but that one was memorable
For any finger, hand or wrist joint issues I strongly recommend going to see a certified hand therapist (CHT). They are usually occupational therapists, sometimes physical therapists, that specialize in the hand and wrist. I am going to see one this afternoon. I asked my rheumatologist for a referral which he gave me, but it turns out I needed a referral from my primary care in order for insurance to cover the visit. I saw one two years ago when I was first diagnosed and it was very helpful. Here is a link to find one: https://www.htcc.org/find-a-cht
If you don't mind me asking, what kind of "hurt"? I know that's a silly question.. But I'm just wondering if my feet pain is similar to others
Like if am walking on needles, tingly feeling too all day, very sore to the touch

Mine are just getting worse as the weeks go by... İf I continue like this I will be using a cane by my 44th birthday
We must take time to rest when we need to. If you are on your feet often, maybe try to stay off of them and let the inflammation decrease.
My RA doctor recommended it. They can do scans, xrays etc and show you exercises. I got a lot of info, should have gone years ago.

Did he recommend that based off of your feet pain?
Where do you get an ice roller. I just use my dogs tennis ball. An ice roller sounds much better!
Yes, because they weren't healing from treatments. I have orthodics, do daily stretches, and many medrol packs.
Freeze water bottles and roll on your feet against the floor. I just rinse/wipe them off and put back in the freezer.

Do you all who's experiencing the foot pain, also have other symptoms ? (Hands or fingers)

Do you have all over foot pain? Or is it just joints in feet?
Yes, my left jaw joint is painful and now when I eat it grinds and crunches. My fingers are starting to be affected too.

Yes, pain in the shoulder, elbow, hands, and feet. Sometimes knees. It changes. Always in shoulder and feet though
Yes, hands, hips and lately my spine, sometimes my right knee or shoulders
Didnt help me a bit
Soaking them in epsom salts helps
Put them up on a pillow
A physical therapist fixed my issue after a podiatrist made it worse.
How did that happen? What did they do?
