Has anyone had inside tremors (shaking not noticeable from the outside) and racing heart from anxiety? It gets worse when I'm up moving around. Is there any great supplements to take for anxiety? TIA! (Side note: I've had blood work, 2 ekg, and Xrays that all came back normal.)
Yep. I get that alot. My Dr can t explain it.
I've had it for 3 days uncontrollably and it's been very debilitating.
It's horrid. I really only get that when I'm super anxious. The only thing that I've found that really helps is to sit in quietm, and slowly look around the room and notice things about the room that I haven't noticed before. It takes my mind off the irritating feeling, and off of the other things that are making me anxious.
Probably our cortisol level going up while our lower half gets cold and our brains need green tea, tyrosine, some non-loneliness and nobody dying
You might want to consider looking into wearing a heart monitor for a day or two. All the other tests I had (EKG, echocardiogram) always came back normal...
May I ask what your issues were?
Also had bouts of the racing heart. Also had what felt like skipped beats.
Did they figure out any diagnosis?
I want to be as proactive as possible about this all. I have 4 kids and I haven't been myself for a month now already. It's really impacting my life

I spent almost a year with anxiety and depression thinking I was dying of everything, multiple trips to hospitals, I have up on all of it. I weighed 294 pounds size 24 when I started the diet and didn't want to leave my house. Now I am a size 10 less than a year later using the diet guidelines. My hormones are normal, great attitude and generally happy. I was even scheduled for surgery and walked away with no issues since.
Is it a pretty easy thing to follow? I have a family of 6 and have to have a budget and be practical lol. I will do what ever it takes to feel better though too!

That sounds very much like overactive thyroid, the exact symptoms I went to the docs with along with a few others. Ask your doctor to do a full thyroid blood work panel as the standard ones don't always pick it up also get them to do blood sugars too. Hope you feel better soon x

Emphasize FULL thyroid panel. Docs like to only do the T1.
Also consider diet changes if needed.

I've been feeling this way for 3 days now and fear getting up walking around since that's when it tends to escalate.

I had something like that too. Went to a neuro doc... And was told its something called familial tremors. Stress induced mine. Im using essential oils to combat that and just trying to remain peaceful He said the old way people would handle this was by drinking (oh joy) or by taking medicine if not taken care of then... Later on in life he thought it would end with Parkinsons. It honestly felt like my body vibrates. Or is buzzing with bees. Very freaky and not something that I want to deal with. Im glad I am better now.
I'm pretty sure stress induced mine as well, along with BC pills and Plexus slim. I caved today and tried xanax. I have 4 kids and haven't been able to walk or function for 5 days now. I was desperate for relief. Friday I will get more supplements and going to switch up my diat the best I cam.
I have three girls in varying ages and a pretty crappy relationship. The guy is my main problem. I would get off the Plexus and just eat good food... Portion it out like it says for certain things. You shouldnt need anything like that. Hook your self up with something that will help relax your mind. (When you have that time... Kids never give me much time when they were little) and always take time for you. This is so hard for me to say because I dont make time for me. My time is driving to and from work. To think and brethe freely... To listen to what I want as loud as I want. Also I craft when I get the chance. When things were bad... I would draw... Or just create... My kids are my life and they know momma needs her space every once in awhile. (Not often)
