I used to love Winter, but this disease is making it impossible. I’m hurting all over! Is there any food or natural herbs etc. That can make me feel better?

Try hot ‘golden milk’ - heat milk, add in 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder and a pinch of black pepper. Stir nicely. Drink You can drink this multiple times a day.... İn India we consider it highly therapeutic

I actually have no issues with tomatoes, I consume them all the time. Everyone is different, start keeping a food journal.
Yes, you are right yoli, everyone 's body is unique and blood cells are all diverse. So what food may be eliminated maybe opposite for another. Start out with Food diary, eliminate certain groups like Dairy at first and see if that works with ur body, and then next group, like Night shade veggies. Take it one day at a time.
