A naturopath that does muscle testing aka nutritional response testing and detox and go on appropriate supplements

blake yes it did weeded through 4 naturopaths til I found my match she has literally changed my life and gave me my life back. I have Sjögren's and fibromyalgia and lived in chronic pain, fatigue, muscle weakness, migraines, tremors in my hands, memory loss. After I found her I'm not gonna lie at times from the detox I wanted to throw in the towel but she promised me it would be worth it and yes it was I went from dropping off my kids at school and sleeping til I had to pick them up. I'm now up and running full of energy and pain free and I owe all to her.

You can get Restore from Amazon which is a plant based digestive enzyme liquid product that you take a half hour before eating. I've used it and it works great! However, whole food plant based (wfpb) diet will make the greatest difference in the long run. A little guidance, blood work and other assistance will help you transition if you are not already WFPB, as well as exercise - a brisk walk after a meal helps loads
Eat plant based, take probiotics, eat fermented food or drinks, also bone broth
Eat Raw diet and heal your body. your body makes nothing that it needs when you eat Junk you hurt your body because you are not providing it the nutrients it needs to care for you.

I have lyme disease & RA & manage my symptoms naturally.. I've tried everything and this stuff works the best

Hey there! I'm so sorry to hear that your suffering. I was in a similar place up until recently. I had bad IBS and no medicines were working for me. Four months ago I started on a more plant centered diet and started taking produce concentrates. Now I have the best poops of my life seriously though, life changing for sure! Have you tried them?

I agree plant based diet helps a lot! But how do u heal yourself when your gut cannot absorb nutrients?

Sounds like you might have iron overload.... Ask your dr for a complete iron panel, blood test, it includes, ferritin and transferritin saturation %.....
constipation is a big sign of iron overload... I just notice you said in the comment above.... Please do not delay asking the dr for blood work... Knowing about iron overload puts you in a place to prevent the iron overload, with simple blood letting..... I know cause I have it.. İt’s an inborn error that I was born with.. Hemochromatosis is a gentic mutation that cause a persons body to hoard iron, and it very common.... İt’s a blessing to know

Research leaky gut. You need to stop eating everything processed, inflammatory foods, take good pro and probiotics, fermented foods are the best probiotics, they have many more strains of good bacteria, digestive enzymes and detox. Do a candida cleanse, a parasite cleanse, drink distilled waster, put lemon in it. Take good grade diatomaceous earth, activated charcoal or bennonite clay, these detox the body, bind to toxins. It takes a while so be patient.
