I am going through radiation. What can I use to help with burn?
Udderly smooth when the neck to start with as time goes aquaphor. That's what the doctor told my husband on his neck
I have done aquaphor and aloe
Bio yogurt every time before treatment it worked for my husband
Aloe vera ?
Organic Aloe vera gel throug Amazon the best way to heal the skin.
I was told Aloe or coconut oil.
Silvadene Rx and aloe. Live plant if available.
Not sure where your radiation is but I used Glaxal base and it helped and near the end of treatment when it was really painful Doc prescribed Flamazine... Hope that helps
Aloe & drink lots of water daily at least gallon or more
Honestly, A&D ointment was a lifesaver! Used it many times a day and saved me from a lot of pain!
An Aloe based cream worked well for me up until the last 3 treatments, when I needed to switch to a prescription for Aquaphor w/Lidocaine. That healed my neck pretty fast. I was also drinking Aloe Gloe to help heal my throat. Another very helpful drink was Dragonfruit Tea, from Teavanna, but they no longer exist and I don't think you can get that anymore, but you may be able to find something similar. It had a good amount of Rosehips in it, along with other dried fruits and herbs. Good luck and heal well...
We used Aquafor.
i have not started with radiation as yet but my dr prefer e45 to me and dove soap only
A loafer sponge and a sofa soap such as dove when you shower or bath.
Raw organic coconut oil. Get at health food store. Or vacilene. I prefer c oil.
Also important to take vitamin C with Citrus Bioflavinoids internally. I like the Nature's Sunshine Citrus Bioflavinoids. Vit C internally promotes wound healing. PS--I was a certified wound nurse.
Chat me up for financial assistant if needed
Some use papers, some use blunt wrappers.
Wash with gliceryn soap and after nivea from the blue can
