You need to do a food sensitivity test to find out what your trigger foods are. Then eliminate them and take probiotics and enzymes

Check the files there are elimination diets to follow or AIP (which has meat, but no grains or legumes). Once you eliminate all possible food triggers, you can slowly add food back.

Start by removing wheat, dairy and sugar. Take a good probiotic and avoid anything processed. It seems harder than it actually is at first but it works and will turn your life around so don't give up.

Says it contains milk derivatives. So I guess you can’t take it if you are avoiding dairy.

I am avoiding dairy, but this is the only exception - per my ND, because the benefits far outweigh the negatives. I take 1/2 teaspoon twice daily, and am going to try to heal my gut among its many many other benefits...

Kristen it basically puts all the good bacteria back in the gut, wiping out the bad, as you continue to feed the good bacteria with more kefir
