Read "Healing ADD/ADHD" by Daniel Amen. Lots of non pharmaceutical treatment options. Worked wonders on my son. Followed the protocol for about 18 during his 3rd and 4th grade years and he no longer needed the supplements.

Small amounts of caffeine can help- maybe a cup of black tea every morning. They prescribe stimulants to treat ADHD because they have the opposite effect when your brain is too hyper. My mom managed my brother’s ADHD with a shot of espresso every morning

Fruits, veg, nuts, seeds, herbs, chicken and fish, and heaps of water.
I had to slowly get rid of anything that had preservatives and with many different avenues of help, I’ve learnt that visual tools help a great deal. Write down a list of things your son likes to do and can do when it’s getting too much, maybe talk with him about what it is that helps him when he is upset. Keep a consistent and simple routine for them to manage even if it’s as basic as just brushing teeth every day and then gets a reward that you’re happy with. Add gradual things to their level of management. It takes time and a lot of research to remove toxins from the body through whatever natural foods you can learn about.

Magnesium ( Epsom salt bath do wonder few times a week)
Probiotics
Bone broth
Vit C
But D3 and K2
Maybe others too

Some blood testing
Stool testing
Urinalysis to see metals and other
Neurotransmitter testing

Take out food triggers
Definitely no dairy in any form, no goat either
No yogurt cheese gluten soy corn peanuts pork sugar( only from fresh or frozen no added sugar)
Bananas and apple are good not gut irritant
As beginning in the diet
Because fruits will be eliminated later then reintroduced

You can’t have both. He has one or the other. For example, when a child with ADD drinks Caffeine, it makes him sleepy very fast. With ADHD when he drinks caffeine, he is hyper and full of energy.

Which one is it?

I had it my entire life.... I started collaging and that helped me a ton.... Then once I got to old for it.... Gardening.... Anything that slows me down and forces me to use effort & & my mind. Puzzle guru.... Anything that lets me organize is like therapy for me... Everybody is different tho. As long as he can burn out his energy and be creative at the same time is a win win.... Now I’m a photographer & I get paid to use these skills

I have no diet either.... İt’s hard to want to eat when there is no desire but my husband used the nutrabullet all the time and makes me pound a drink once in awhile because (even chunky after having kids) I malnourished extremely fast and it gets me faint and light headed all the time....

Vanessa Duarte 3 years

Juice plus. I’ve been giving it to all my kids and yesterday my second oldest (15) asked me “ mom, does that help like my body’s immune system? Because, not going to lie I feel better” lol
I don’t sell it but I totally recommend it.
