Lemongrass and eucalyptus never fail to rid the bad vibes around here. I find the most amazing diffuser blends on Pinterest just fyi. They have recipes for whatever ails ya.

OK, so I'm on the road right now and will read all this tonight bit I have been using oils around my kids 10,5,and 13 months. Peppermint oil, lavender, and euclumpus (spelling) Are these bad?
I had some clove EO going in my diffuser yesterday... Love the scent. I also love peppermint and lavender. If I have sickies in my house, what I use depends on the illness.
Lavender and lemon would help with congestion. You could diffuse eucalyptus if you use a very low concentration like 1 drop in a diffuser full of water
Tea tree, peppermint and lavender, they help when my sinuses are plugged up. I have been using clove and cinnamon lately just because it smells yummy, and is better than scented candles.
Congrats... Essential Oils have been around for CENTURIES and some considered more valuable than gold (in those days), due to their benefits. Diffusing is the softest introduction method, which if still appears concerning, start with just a single drop and go from there. One E/O can serve multiple purposes, so not a straightforward answer to offer. (Did you have something specific in mind?) You cannot go wrong to start with Lavender, Citrus Fresh, Lemon, for starts. Amazing stuff and have helped me steer away from Rx and OTC product. Yippeeee! Enjoy your new venture!!!

Lavender is safe for all of those ages, it is best to diffuse at lower concentrations (less oil in the diffuser) around the youngest
Ok thanks you.

We diffuse Serenity, citrus oils, and this time of year a combo of cinnamon, orange, cardamom, and cassia oil. Smells like fall.
