Green tea is supposed to be good for RA right??
I've been brewing a gallon a green tea for the past 2 days, I'm the only one that drinks it. No sugar, but tonight I did put lemon juice in it.
We'll seems like since I've been drinking it, I've been a little more swelled in my hands in the AM.
Anyone drink green tea and have issues??
Googled green tea it says it helps for Inflamnation also says not good for the heart
Oh, OK. I'm not too worried about the heart. I don't drink a lot of it. I really get tired of plain water all the time.
I drink lemon water too, it usually ends up making me sick after a few glasses. And we can't afford lots of different fruits for water.
If one thing don't kill you another thing will
And it was on facebook a few weeks back that green tea bags had worms inside them
I thought green tea was all decaf??
They were alive they come from china they would be pooing in the tea leaves extra flavour lol
Made you laugh
Make sure it's organic.
I can't do green tea because of the caffeine.
i like ginger water. Everything in moderation. Green tea has cafeine, one or two cups ok.
Green tea is good for omega-3. Not sure it directly helps inflammation. I'd stay away from the sugar since that is implicated in inflammation. Also you may be having a reaction to lemon juice. Only by going through a thorough elimination diet process are you ever going to know what foods are un/safe for you, end of story.
I get an INSTANT headache so I avoid it totally!
That's how I feel about anything with caffeine!
Yup anything with caffeine also with me.
A cup of green jasmine in the morning is great for me. But only in the mornings instead of coffee.
