Does anyone have trouble lifting one of their arm or arms and have pain starting from their shoulders and shoulder blade
yes, both actually, but right side is worse than left.
Yes! Right shoulder. Have to heat it up every morning so I can lift it above shoulder height.
On the flip side I have a Elasto-gel shoulder ice pack that I keep in the freezer for night pain, a bit cold but it works so I can sleep.
Yes my shoulder blade right at the top feels like it's on fire !!! I think it's the way I sleep. Mine is right side also
Yes has been like that for three weeks
Yes, both shoulders and can hardly sleep on my side. Rheumatologist sent me for physio. The exercise seems to be helping.
True, exercise makes a lot of difference, regular walks
yes - my left
My elbows hurt really bad too. Especially in the mornings if I've slept with them bent at all. Can hardly move them...
Both shoulders are like this but the right is worse than the left. Sent for an MRI & I have a torn rotator cuff of the right shoulder but don't know about the left.
I found is I sleep with small pillows under each armpit area it helps and I had my Dr. prescribe Voltaren gel and rub on it and after a hot shower in the am to losen up
Yes both my shoulders. Terrible pains.
Yes my right arm is much worse than the left... Also pain in shoulder that goes across to left shoulder..
Do you eat gluten containing foods and dairy products?
Yes my right shoulder heat and exercise (hot yoga and aqua aerobics help)
Yes, both. I finished PT Friday. Have gone for 5 weeks twice a week. I only have a 2.2 range difference. I see my Rheumatologist tomorrow. I think the next step is an MRI.
Yes right arm
Yes Lots of trouble terrible pain
Yes. Right shoulder. My pains are always on my right side. Knee, shoulder and elbow.
Yes! Right shoulder and part of the neck
During my flare i did
Yes I do
Yes both of my shoulders.
Yes many times.
I do. Mine however is related to my neck fusion surgeries. I have a pinched nerve and further surgery is not an option for me.
Thank you all for sharing your comments. You all are very supportive. God bless us all .
Yes... Mine just started back hurting again The dang disease shifts around
Yes. Shoulders are where I have the worst RA damage. Some days I can't use my shoulders so I can lift things but only in the range that my elbows move... Lil but shitty those days.
Yesssss! I do. Dr told me to take Q 10 supplement it actually helped 95 percent .
Would be easier for me to ask, what doesn't hurt? Everything including my shoulder.
Yes! I've found that it hurts more at night, so I started sleeping with pillow on my stomach and putting my arms over the pillow for support so it doesn't weigh my shoulder down, also Ice these things have helped a lot
Had it in the past. Claimed it was stress related
Yes!! Getting in the pool to swim (very slowly) helps me some.
Oh... Yes. That was my flare place.
