* Moringa. You need to watch your intake.
* "Holy Crap". Seriously, one tablespoon should do it.

Steffanie Gates yes! I use a brand called Jigsaw- I do the powder drink and you can get it on Amazon. Just make sure to balance your potassium as mag can deplete potassium. Coconut water, dried apricots and I think dates are high in potassium.

I use a great brand has all this - is excellent at keeping me all good even while I take medication that constipates me... Happy to pass the info on. And avoid foods that block you up
