Any tips for insomnia? I’ve been living on 0-3 hours max a night for the last few weeks and I’m close to cracking!

Melatonin, valerian, tamarind fruit, l-tryptophan, gaba, chamomile tea, rhytnuc breathing, meditation, soft music and a warm glass of raw organic milk. Also getting some exercise during the day helps. Cut out caffeine and sugar especially at night.

#2 make sure the room is dark & comfortable.
#3 try melatonin and other things that help with sleep like GABA, fo-ti
#4 green tea which is very relaxing amino acid theanine
#5 put a few drops of lavender essential oil by or on your pillow
#6 consider a warm bath or shower before going to sleep
#7 If you lay there over 20-30 mins. Get up & read till you tire again
