bill - your attitude and diet will be the deciding factors. You need to change what you doing (what have you cancer) - if you keep doing what you’ve done, you’ll get what you’ve got. There’s plenty alternatives - but a healthy (super healthy) diet (no diary, little meat) and a great attitude will get you to 80 plus

I have same exact thing, but no tumor, neck dissection, removed 6 lymph nodes on left. 4 positive for squamous cell carcinoma neck n throat. 2 biopsy of throat n toung base positive also. Started chemo n radiation on Wednesday. 3 chemo, once every 21 days, 35 radiation, every week day. Cistaplatin is chemo med, 7.5 hrs for chemo.

I'm afraid to leave the house cuz I'm so sick of taking about it! I'm still a friend and a mom! I'm still alive

They suspect the primary is at they base of the tongue, that's why i'm doing natural because a friend had the chemo on the neck for Squarmous the same a s mine, and after going into remission then got it in the lungs because the neck was the secondary, my reasoning is why try to fix the secondary when the primary is still there ?????Why not try to heal the whole body! And yes i'm the same anita i hate talking to people about it unless they are knowledgeable about cancer and health or supporting without question. This is a tricky business and if it means i stop seeing certain people then so be it, it's nothing personal they mean well but don't understand how we feel, and the ones who have been through it may not have the same cancer or cause. My view is to speak to as many people in the support groups and health industry as possible but be careful not to be overwhelmed by different beliefs and remedies particularly online, as there are many! Find a regime that you feel is right and achievable for you and stick to it! Happy to hear from others going through similar!
