Oxalate foods. Ie. Rhubarb, spinach, etc. The oxylates combine with the calcium in your saliva on your teeth. Your teeth will feel fuzzy. It is coating your teeth protecting them from sensitivity. Sensodine tooth paste works the same way.
I had a sensitive molars last year - I bit down in a clove of garlic a few times a day for a week and it was gone. I held the clove between my teeth for 10 mins each time
If you use baking soda to brush your teeth or make a special mixture. Don't use a lot of baking soda as its known to clean so good it brushes the enamel of your teeth!
Vitamin D and K together, activated charcoal, baking soda, coconut oil, tea tree oil and acv combined into paste leave on 5 mins. Then brush, after brushing hold coconut oil and 1 drop of tea tree oil for 20 mins. Repeat daily for 2 weeks to a month... Then once a week.
My dentist told me to brush with prescription toothpaste PreviDent 5000ppm My teeth were very sensitive & just after brushing with this twice a day for about a week it was 100% better. Now it's all I use!!!! Hope it helps you!!
Get adequate amounts of calcium and magnesium in your daily diet! Avoid all the refined sugars of any kind, for at least a month. I would also suggest a zinc supplement for a couple months, maybe 20 to 30mg daily, five times a week. Also avoid all the inflammatory foods such as beef, dairy and all foods with processed or stored oils in them. No more hydrogenated oils such as found in peanut butter. Regular peanut butter that's "natural" doesn't have any additives and the oil isn't processed and that's OK. VitaminD, and lots of it!
If you are taking apple cider vinegar - be sure to "rinse" your teeth. I mix about a shot glass full with about 4oz water then, I drink a full glass of water - rinsing my teeth as I sip. ACV will eat the enamel off your teeth.
Along with the D3, Vitamin K2. The way the body uses them is supposed to be connected. This is not really my area of expertise, though. World's highest source of K2 = natto miso, by far. There are some organic makers; one is Rhapsody Foods from Cabot, Vermont. I like to include a little bit of it in blended homemade salad dressings. Great emulsifier. The taste and texture may take some acclimating! I have come to enjoy natto miso, though.
